Terms of Use
These are the rules for using the Funnel Fuse AI app (app.funnelfuse.ai). They are a contract between you and Funnel Fuse, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company, PO Box 465, Benson, AZ 85602. They work together with our main Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Disclaimers. If this page and a signed agreement or checkout terms differ, the signed agreement or checkout terms win, then these terms, then the main Terms of Service.
You must be 18 or older. If you sign up for a business, you confirm you can bind it.
What the app is
A tool that connects to your marketing systems (website, funnels, automations, DNS, SMS and email), watches them, suggests fixes, and lets your own AI work with them through one connection. It covers systems, not ads or content campaigns. We are not ClickFunnels and are not responsible for its availability, pricing or changes.
Your account, tools and data
Keep your login private. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You own your accounts, funnels, offers and content. You let us read the tools you connect so the app can do its job, and you can disconnect any tool at any time. The app does not change live systems on its own. Anything that sends, publishes, spends or changes something live waits for your yes.
AI, Coach Malia and your own AI
Coach Malia is an AI, not a person. AI output can be wrong, so check it before you use it. If you connect your own AI key, that work runs on your account and you pay your AI provider directly. If you use plan credits, our key is used and counted against your plan. If you connect your own AI to the app (through the MCP connection), it can read what the app lets it read and act within what you allow. You are responsible for the AI you connect and what it does with your approval.
Plans and payment
Plans are month to month. Billing runs through the ClickFunnels order for your plan. The app never charges your card. To change or cancel, use Settings, then Plans, which sends us a request; your plan changes when the order goes through, and you can also cancel by emailing legal@funnelfuse.com. Done-for-you hours, if your plan has them, are listed on the Plans page. Refunds follow the checkout terms for your order and our main Terms of Service.
What you agree not to do
Do not break the law, misuse the service, try to get into other people's accounts, overload our systems, or use the app to send spam or mislead people. Do not share your account access.
No guarantees
We work to keep the app running and accurate, but it is provided "as is." We do not promise it will always be available or error free, or that it will produce any business result (revenue, leads, conversions or rankings). Nothing in the app is legal, tax, financial or other professional advice. To the extent the law allows, neither side is liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the six months before the claim.
Ending things
You can stop using the app at any time. We can pause or close an account that breaks these terms. We may update these terms; material changes take effect 30 days after we post them.
Disputes and law
Arizona law applies. Disputes follow the process in section 16 of our main Terms of Service: written notice to legal@funnelfuse.com first, then mediation, then binding arbitration with the American Arbitration Association, with small claims court allowed.
