Privacy Policy
This explains what the Funnel Fuse AI app (app.funnelfuse.ai) collects, why, and what you can do about it. It adds app details to our main Privacy Policy, which also covers this app and has the full rights, retention and transfer terms. Funnel Fuse, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company, PO Box 465, Benson, AZ 85602, is the controller. We do not sell your personal information for money.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email and sign-in information.
- What you put in the app: business profile, offers, funnels, tasks, notes, approvals and chat with Coach Malia.
- What your connected tools share when you connect them, for example funnel names, page and sales numbers from ClickFunnels, and public facts about your website and domain.
- Keys and tokens you add (your AI keys, tool keys, your Fuse tokens). These are stored encrypted.
- Basic usage and device data to keep the app working and secure.
Please do not put passwords, full card numbers, government ID numbers or health information into the app or its chat.
Why we use it
To run the app, watch your systems, show you what changed, answer your questions, send the emails you ask for (like your weekly report), keep your account secure, and bill correctly. We use the minimum needed.
AI and your own AI
Coach Malia is an AI. What you ask it, and the business data it needs to answer, goes to an AI provider. If you use your own AI key, it goes to your provider under your account and their terms. If you use plan credits, it goes to ours. AI providers have their own privacy practices that we do not control. When you connect your own AI to the app through MCP, that AI can read what the app lets it read and take the actions you allow; changes that affect something live wait for your approval. Remove a token or disconnect a tool at any time and access stops.
Who else handles it
Service providers that run the app: hosting, database, email delivery and AI providers. Your connected tools (like ClickFunnels) already see what you share with them. We share information with others only as described in our main Privacy Policy, or if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
While your account is open. When you ask us to delete your account we remove your data, except business, tax and legal records we must keep (up to 7 years, as in our main policy).
Your choices
You can view and edit your information in the app, disconnect tools, delete tokens, and ask us to export or delete your data. Email legal@funnelfuse.com. We reply within the times in our main Privacy Policy (45 days in the US).
Children
The app is for businesses and paid services are for people 18 or older. Do not use it if you are under 18.
